Leaky gutters can be patched or repaired.Columbus Exteriors uses a seamless gutter system so gutters are cut to length, eliminating common weak spot of leaky joints. We install 5" residential and 6" commercial .032 seamless aluminum gutters made on the job site with 2" x 3" or 3" x 4" downspouts. Open face downspouts are available for commercial use. Not only do gutter help direct water from the foundation (if installed correctly), they are also important for routing water away from walkways, where ice can build up and cause damage or create injury risk. Many townhomes have poorly designed water drainage system. Columbus Exteriors can consult with your or your Home Owner Association for solutions to your water problems. |
